God Doesn't Just Rescue You—He Leads You All the Way
God's rescue plan goes beyond simply answering our prayers—He leads us on a straight path until we reach our destination. Psalm 107:6-7 reveals this three-part divine process: crying out, being delivered, and being led all the way to where we need to dwell.
• God doesn't just hear our cries—He delivers us from distress
• He provides a "straight way" with specific instructions and direction
• He stays involved until we reach our destination
• Many of us miss following God's guidance after the initial rescue
• Ask God for divine strategy, wisdom and understanding in all situations
• Even in seasons of joy, we should ask God to keep us on the right path
• When life is "lifing" and people are "peopling," don't lose hope
• All things work together for your good—even difficult seasons
If you're going through challenges right now, please hold on a little longer. Don't lose faith despite what things look like. God will use even this season to bless you and your entire generation.

Hey y'all, it's Saturday, faith Fuel, and I want to read you something that I think is very encouraging, reading it for myself, speaking to myself and also to you. I'm in Psalm 107 and I'm in verse 6, and it says Then they cried to the Lord in their trouble and he delivered them from their distress. He led them by a straight way till they reached a city to dwell in. Then they cried to the Lord in their trouble and he delivered them from their distress. He led them by a straight way till they reached a city to dwell in. Okay, so part of the reason I find a lot of hope in this teaching, especially for those of us. Maybe you feel like you're in a season where you're crying out, you're, you know, you're going through the things. There's so many people who are heartbroken and, just you know, confused and just not, you know things aren't going the way that they hoped or prayed or planned. But what I find so encouraging about this word is it's not just that we cry out to the Lord and he hears our trouble and like that's it, you know, like he doesn't follow through. It's not just that he, you know, rescues you from a situation, if you will. That's the second part where he says he led them by a straight way. Like when the Lord rescues you from something, he's giving you specific instructions, strategy, direction. He's leading you by a straight way so that you don't fall off track. And it says till they reached a city to dwell in, until you land in the right place, he is still involved. So we cry out, he leads us, he redeems us and he's still with us till we get to our destination y'all. So here's my just really quick word of encouragement for all of us, because we are going through it, whether you're in a season of joy or a season of heartbreak.
Speaker 1:Even if you're in a season of joy, you know I still find myself, you know, you know saying Lord, let me stay here. You know what I mean. Like, don't take the joy from me y'all. But I want to encourage you that God isn't just going to answer our prayers, but he's going to lead us on a straight path, a straight way, a prayer that I do before I do this, before any business, meetings, conversations, like you know, anything y'all. I ask the Lord to give me divine strategy, ask him to give me his wisdom, give me understanding, give me favor with the people I'm speaking to, when I have a problem, a heartbreak, depression, dark thoughts, all the things when I'm really struggling no-transcript. But quite frankly, I'm also asking the Lord to lead me in the right path. I don't want to go back into where I just came from, okay. So I want to encourage you again in Psalm 107 that he's not just going to answer your prayer, he's not just going to redeem you, but if we allow him y'all that he will lead us in the straight path. He'll show you the way out. He'll lead you until you get to your destination. Problem that a lot of us have is that we have the situation we pray to god, he shows you a way out, and then we just kind of bounce, we forget to rely on him for what the next steps are. And, um, I just, I just want to encourage you.
Speaker 1:I also just want to take a quick moment to just encourage anyone who's going through the things right now. You know there is again, like I said, there's so much negative stuff through the things right now. You know there is again, like I said, there's so much negative stuff that's happening right now and I don't, you know, I don't want to, I don't want to overlook that, because life is lifing. You know, people is, people are peopling and life is lifing. So if you're going through a lot and you have no one, no friend, no companion, maybe you came across this video and you, you know, here's this stranger on the other side just telling you to just hold on just another, another day. Just hang in there. Please don't give up hope. Please don't lose hope.
Speaker 1:Um, I, I'm really believing this season is going to turn around for you. Um, you know all of this, um, all the stuff that you're dealing with right now health issues, financial issues, loss of any kind, just feeling emotionally exhausted and having this sense that God isn't hearing your prayers. It's really not true. He is. I want to encourage you to just hold on a little bit longer. I want to ask you not to lose your faith and your hope, despite what things look like.
Speaker 1:I want you to remember that the word says that all things are working together for your good. All things are working together for your good, and that means even this crazy, crappy season that you might be in, that even this, god will use it to bless you. All right, and I hope that you'll just hear what I'm saying and just remember that someone on the other side of the screen that we may never meet in IRL, in real life, somebody on the other side of this screen is pulling for you, wants the best for you, is praying for you, and I hope that every single desire that you have, that God's going to give you a strategy and a way out in this here month, on this here day. God bless you, and may he make his face shine upon you. I pray that you'll be a blessing not just for yourself, your family, but for your entire generation, for your family, for your community. Please don't lose hope. God bless you and have an amazing rest of the day and y'all take care. Bye.
